Local Music Acts -- Our apologies, but spots fill up fast at most of our events. We generally have no trouble finding participants from the large pool of performers that we already work with via 808shows/Hawaiian Express, but if you are a band, DJ, comedian, etc and would like to be considered, you can write to Jason at HwnExp@Aol.com to express interest. Times, location, and pay varies but these are always paid slots.​

Musical Performers from out of town -- Whether it be from another island, another state, or another country... we have often had bands fly in to perform at the festival. The slots are always paid... but it is impossible to cover all costs. That being said, if you'd like to reach out (via the email above) we can see what might be possible.
PHOTOGRAPHERS / VIDEOGRAPHERS:
We are always looking for photographers and videographers willing to capture the event and then share the best ones soon after! We do not have a budget for this but can credit back cost of admission and such. We are also interested in teaming up with photographers that would like to do a showing during the event. OTHER JOBS / VOLUNTEERS:
We occasionally need help with event-related tasks. usually all of the formal 'paid' positions are already spoken for, but we do have a need for some volunteers from time to time. While there is no cash, Volunteers do receive gifts of appreciation, just not a salary. We are currently interested in some help with things such as maintaining the website, making a mobile app?, assistance with social media, help with art exhibit set-up, general assistance. If any of that is something you might like to help with, you can write to Jason at HwnExp@Aol.com to express interest.
